Subba Raju Cooperative Building Society Ltd., No.X-408, P.Gannavaram (U/L), from the provisions of Section 69(A) of the APCS Act, 1964 and also extend the period of liquidation from 12.06.2010 to 30.06.2012 by virtue of powers vested with Government under Section 123 of the APCS Act, 1964 for completing the Liquidation process. 2. The Commissioner for Cooperation & Registrar of Cooperative Societies, AP., Hyderabad is requested to take further necessary action in the matter and closely monitor the liquidation process.
