Read the following:- 1) From the Collector & District Magistrate, Guntur, Letter Rc.No.2673/2011-H1, dt.21.06.2011 and 31.07.2011. 2) G.O.Ms.No.230, Finance (DCM-I) Dept., dt.15.10.2011. 3) From the Collector & District Magistrate, Guntur, Letter No.2673/2011-H1, dt.16.11.2011. 4) G.O.rt.No.178, Finance (Expr.Rev) Dept., dt.18.01.2012. --: o :-- ORDER: In the circumstances reported by the Collector and District Magistrate, Guntur, in the references 1st and 3rd read above, Government, after careful examination, hereby accord administrative sanction to incur an amount not exceeding Rs.20.00 lakhs (Rupees twenty lakhs only) towards purchase of one Toyota Fortuner Vehicle (Diesel) for the exclusive use of the Hon’ble Speaker, Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly, during his visits to Guntur District, in relaxation of treasury control orders and economy measure orders and ban orders on purchase of vehicles, pending provision of funds by way of obtaining Supplementary Grants during the financial year 2011-12 by the Revenue Department. 2) The expenditure sanctioned in para (1) above, shall be debited to “2053-Dist. Admn. – MH-093 – District Establishment – SH (03) – District Offices – Collectors’ Estt. – 510 Motor Vehicles – 512 Purchase of Vehicles” and shall be met from the additional funds provided by the Finance (Expr.Revenue) Department in the G.O. 4th read above. 5) The Collector and District Magistrate, Guntur shall take necessary action accordingly and furnish necessary proposals for obtaining supplementary grants to the above effect through the Revenue Department. 5) This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department, vide their U.O.No.33560/454/A1/Exp.Rev/2011, dt.18.01.2012.
