Read the following:- 1) From the C & I.G., R & S, Hyderabad, Lr.No.X4/7898/2009, dated: 31.01.2011. 2) G.O.Ms.No.98, Revenue (Vig.VI) Department, dated: 22.02.2012. * * * * * ORDER: In the reference read above, sanction was accorded to hold a common enquiry against Sri V.L.Narasimha, former Junior Assistant, Sub Registrar Office, Hayathnagar, Ranga Reddy (East) and another under Rule 24 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (CC&A) Rules, 1991. Accordingly, it is proposed to hold an inquiry against Sri V.L.Narasimha, former Junior Assistant, Sub Registrar Office, Hayathnagar, Ranga Reddy (East) in accordance with the procedure laid down in Rule 20 of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (CCA) Rules, 1991. 2. The substance of imputations of misconduct or misbehavior in respect of which the enquiry is proposed to be held is set out in the enclosed statement of Articles of charge (Annexure-I). A statement of imputations of misconduct / misbehavior (Annexure-II). A list of documents by which and a list of witnesses by whom the proposed Articles of Charge are sustained (Annexure-III & IV). 3. He is directed to submit his written statement of his defence within (15) days of the receipt of this order. 4. He is informed that an inquiry under Rule 20 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (CCA) Rules, 1991 will be held only in respect of those article of charges as are not admitted. He should, therefore, specifically admit or deny each article of charge. 5. He is further informed that if he does not submit his written statement of defence on or before the date specified in para 3 above, the Inquiring Authority may hold the inquiry against him ex parte. 6. The receipt of the Memorandum be acknowledged.
