In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of Horticultu6re, AP, Hyderabad in the reference 1st read above and
pursuance of the orders issued by the Finance Department in the reference 2nd read above, Government hereby accord
Administrative Sanction for an amount of Rs.6,14,000/- [Rupees Six Lakhs Fourteen Thousand only] to the Commissioner
of Horticulture, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad by way of re-appropriation from the B.E.Provision 2011-12, for development of
landscape garden in the premises of Hon’ble High Court, A.P., Hyderabad premises under against the Heads of account as
follows:
