Revenue (A&R) Dept. U.O.No.53133/2011 dt.2-1-2012 3. G.O.Rt.No.387 Finance (Expr.Revenue) Dept., dt.04.2.2012 ORDER:- In the reference 1st read above, the Registrar, Special Court, A.P. Land Grabbing(Prohibition) Act, Hyderabad has stated that the funds allotted to the Special Court Under A.P.L.G. (P) Act under the Head of Account 130/133 – Water and Electricity Charges and, under the Head of Account 510/511- Maintenance of Office Vehicles for the financial year 2011-2012 are not sufficient to meet the anticipated expenditure during the period from the month of November, 2011 to the end of March, 2012 and requested to allot additional funds of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only) each under the said head of accounts. 2. In the ref 2nd read above, Finance (Expr-Rev) Dept was requested for issue of Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs only) as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control orders for maintenance of office vehicles and Water and Electricity Charges. 3. In the reference 3rd read above Finance (Expenditure Revenue) Department has issued Budget Release Order for an Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs only) as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control orders, pending provision of funds by way of obtaining Supplementary Grants during 2011-2012, to the Registrar, Special Court, A.P. Land Grabbing(Prohibition) Act, Hyderabad for maintenance of office vehicles and for meeting Water and Electricity Charges. 4. Government after careful examination of the matter hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs 4,00,000/- lakhs (Rupees four lakhs only) ie., (Rs.2,00,000/- under the head 130/133 –Water & Electricity charges and Rs.2,00,000/- under the head 510-511-Maintenance of Office Vehicles) to the Registrar Special under A.P. Land Grabbing (Prohibition) Act, Hyderabad as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control orders pending provision of funds by way of obtaining Supplementary Grants during 2011-12. The Registrar is also requested to send Supplementary Estimates to the Finance (BG.V) Department for inclusion in SE.2011-12 through Revenue Department. 5.
