Chandra Mohan, Civil Surgeon Specialist (Radiology) has been deputed to Government General Hospital, Kakinada for a period of 3 years and his deputation has been extended for one more year from 26-2-2011 to 25-2-2012 on foreign service terms and conditions. He has been directed to report before the Commissioner, A.P. Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, Hyderabad for further posting orders on completion of deputation. 2. Accordingly, Dr. P. Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby post Dr. P. Chandra Mohan, Civil Surgeon Specialist (Radiology) in the existing vacancy of Civil Surgeon Specialist (Radiology) at District Hospital, Rajahmundry, East Godavari District on completion of his foreign service deputation at Govt.
