No.18912 /2011/Liq.Cell, Dated 18.02.2012. *** ORDER:- In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner for Cooperation and Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad in the letter read above, Government after careful examination of the proposal, hereby exempt the Pithapuram Judicial Employees Cooperative Credit Society Limited, Pithapuram (Under Liquidation) from the Provisions U/Section 69-A, and extend the liquidation period of the society for a further period of one year from 01.07.2011 to 30.06.2012 , by virtue of powers vested with Government U/s.123 of APCS Act, 1964. 2.
