ORDER:-
In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner for Cooperation and
Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad in the letter
read above, Government after careful examination of the proposal, hereby
extend the term of the Present Person-In-Charge Committee of the Medical &
Health Employees Cooperative Credit Society Limited, Mylavaram of Krishna
District for a period of 3 months from 30.10.2011 to 29.1.2012 or till the elections
are conducted, whichever is earlier Under Section 32(7)(a)(i) of the APCS Act ,
1964.
2. The Commissioner for Cooperation and Registrar of Cooperative
Societies, A.P. Hyderabad is requested to take further necessary action in the
matter.
