Secretariat, Hyderabad, LetterNo.275/CDS/12, Dated 31.01.2012, received. -o0o- ORDER: Sri R.Damodar, Secretary to Government, Legal Affairs, Law Department has submitted an application in the reference 1st read above stating that he has incurred an amount of Rs. 608-50/-/(Rupees six hundred and eight and fifty paise only) towards his wife’s treatment for”High Cholesterol Osteo Arthritis” for the period 05-10-2011 to 17-12-2011 and cost of medicines purchased and requested to reimburse the said amount. 2. In the reference 3rd read above, Civil Surgeon Specialist, Government Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad was requested to scrutinize the medical bills and necessary certificates submitted by Sri R.Damodar, Secretary to Government, Legal Affairs, Law Department and to state the net admissible amount for reimbursement as per the Andhra Pradesh Medical Attendance, Rules 1972. 3. In the reference 4th read above, the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Government Civil Dispensary, A.P.Secretariat, Hyderabad has stated that the medical bills of Sri R.Damodar, Secretary to Government, Legal Affairs, Law Department, towards his wife’s treatment for”High Cholesterol Osteo Arthritis” for the period 05-10-2011 to 17-12-2011 and cost of medicines purchased have been scrutinized and offered the following remarks Amount claimed : Rs.608-50 Inadmissible amount : Rs. Admissible amount under consideration : Rs. 608-50 10% cut on admissible amount : Rs.-- Net Admissible amount : Rs. 608/- (Rupees six hundred and eight only ). 4. Sanction is therefore, hereby accorded for payment of Rs. 608/-(Rupees six hundred and eight only ) to Sri R.Damodar, Secretary to Government, Legal Affairs, Law Department towards his wife’s treatment for”High Cholesterol Osteo Arthritis” for the period from 05-10-2011 to 17-12- 2011 and cost of medicines purchased P.T.O5. Law (Claims) Department are requested to draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para (4) above to Sri R.Damodar, Secretary to Government, Legal Affairs, Law Department . 6.
