Secretary to Govt.. General Administration Department, towards reimbursement of Medical Expenses incurred for his treatment for “Angina on Exertion, CAG:Minimal CAD” at Yashoda Hospital, Hyderabad as in patient on 21.10.2011. The Essentiality Certificate/Discharge summary and the vouchers have been submitted by the Officer. The amount of Rs.19,499/- now sanctioned has not been sanctioned and drawn earlier. 2. The expenditure shall be debited to : 2052 – Secretariat General Services – MH(090) Secretariat- SH(04) General Administration Department –(010)Salaries – (017) Medical Re- imbursement”. 3. The General Administration (Claims-A) Department are requested to draw and disburse the amount to the above Officer. 4.
