AIS - Permissions – Post-facto permission to Sri Sutirtha Bhattacharya, IAS (AP:85),
Principal Secretary to Government, Infrastructure and Investment Department, to proceed
to New Delhi to attend a meeting with Chairman, GAIL on 19-01-2012 and also to attend
a programme as Speaker on “Port led development:Government Role and Strategies” on
20-01-2012 at India Maritime Week - Orders – Issued.

ORDER:
Under Supplementary Rule 54 of F.R.S.R. read with the orders issued in Office
Memorandum F.No:19030/3/2008-E.IV, Government of India, Ministry of Finance,
Department of Expenditure, New Delhi, Dt:23rd September, 2008, post-facto permission
is hereby accorded to Sri Sutirtha Bhattacharya, IAS (AP:85), Principal Secretary to
Government, Infrastructure and Investment Department to proceed to New Delhi to
attend a meeting with Chairman, GAIL on 19-01-2012 and also to attend a programme as
Speaker on “Port led development:Government Role and Strategies” on 20-01-2012 at
India Maritime Week.
2. The period of absence of the Member of Service in connection with the above
visit including the journey time both ways shall be treated as “on duty”.
3. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department.
