From the Commissioner, A.P.Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, Hyderabad, lr.Rc.No.2383/N1/2011, dt.29-09-2011. 2. G.O.Ms.No.127, Finance (DCM.III) Department, dated 22.06.2011. * * * ORDER: 1. Smt. K.Nirmala, Head Nurse, Area Hospital, Tiruvuru, Krishna District has represented that she met with an accident at Tiruvuur, she has to look after her bed ridden aged mother and her husband who is suffering from paralysis and she is due for retirement on 31/5/2013. She has therefore requested for transfer to Area Hospital, Nuzvid, Krishna District in the existing vacancy. 2. The Commissioner, A.P.Vaidya Vidhana Parishad has reported in his letter 1st read above, that there is a vacancy of Head Nurse in Area Hospital, Nuzvid, Krishna District. 3. After examination of the proposal, the Government hereby order for the transfer of Smt. K.Nirmala, Head Nurse, Area Hospital, Tiruvuru, Krishna District and post her in Area Hospital, Nuzvid, Krishna District in the existing vacancy in relaxation of ban on transfer orders issued in the G.O. 2nd read above. 4. Smt. K.Nirmala, is not eligible for any TTA/DA since above transfer is at her own request. 5. The Commissioner, A.P.Vaidya Vidhana Parishad shall take further necessary action in the matter accordingly. 6. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department, vide their U.O.No. 34868/1185/A1/DCM.III/II, dated.9/1/2012. . G.
