Read the following:-
From the Director of Public Health & Family Welfare, Lr.Rc.No.AP 9W
9346/SHTO/Y8/2011, dated 10.05.2011.
O R D E R:
In the reference 1st read above, the Director of Public Health and
Family Welfare, Hyderabad in her letter dated 10.5.2011 has informed that
the Government vehicle bearing No.AP 9W 9346, Eicher truck attached to
District Malaria Officer, West Godavari has met with an accident on
20.06.2009, at about 4.00P.M. hit a cyclist Sri.Raghavendra Rao, aged 45
years who was died. The legal heirs of the deceased Smt. Kukkatapu
Kanaka Durga aged 40 years, Kukkatapu Satyanarayana, aged 20 years and
mother Smt. Kukkatapu Sarojini, age 65 years have filed a petition in
M.A.C.T. Guntur vide M.V.O.P.No.887/09 and the Hon’ble Judge awarded a
compensation of Rs.3,58,,000/- with interest of 8% from the date of petition
i.e. 15.07.2009 to the date of realization and proportionate cost that
altogether comes to Rs.4,15,700/- (Rupees four lakhs fifteen thousand and
seven hundred only). Therefore, the Director of Public Health & Family
Welfare, Hyderabad has requested the Government to accord necessary
administrative sanction for Rs.4,15,700/- (Rupees four lakhs fifteen
thousand and seven hundred only) including interest calculated upto May,
2011 and to release the said amount and to authorize the District Medical &
Health Officer, Guntur to draw and deposit the same in the respective Court.
2. The Government after careful examination hereby accord
administrative sanction for payment of Rs.4,15,700/- (Rupees four lakhs
fifteen thousand and seven hundred only) to deposit the same in the
concerned Court immediately.
3. The amount sanctioned at para (3) above shall be debited to the Head
of Account “2210-Medical and Public Health – 06- Public Health – 001-
Direction and Administration – (03_ District Offices, 500- Other charges –
501- Compensation (charged)” and shall be met initially by way of an
advance from Contingency fund for which orders will be issued separately by
the Finance (BG) Department.
4. The Director of Public Health and Family Welfare, Hyderabad shall take
necessary action to draw and deposit the amount in the concerned Court and
also to submit necessary supplementary proposal at appropriate time
towards recoupment to the advance sanctioned from the Contingency Fund
during the current financial year 2011-2012.

5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Exp.M&H.II)
Department vide their U.O.No.34952/19/A2/Expr.M&H II/2011, dated
07.02.2012.
