Govt. lr.No.508/SC.B/A2/2010-1, Dt.22-10-2011 2. From the Deputy Registrar (CCU) NIMS, Lr.No.A2/2/105/19/IP/ GAD(SC-B), dated 20-11-2011, *** ORDER: In the letter firstread above, the Director, NIMS, was requested to arrange for treatment to Sri Smt. M. Andamma, mother of Sri M. Damodar, Assistant Section Officer (SC) of General Administration (L&O-II) Department.. Accordingly, Smt. M. Andamma mother of Sri M. Damodar, Assistant Section Officer (SC), was admitted in the Emergency Ward of NIMS for immediate treatment of “Obstructive jaundice”. In the reference second read above, the Deputy Registrar, NIMS, has furnished the bills for an amount of Rs.32,926/- with a request to arrange for payment towards their services rendered to the patient. 2. Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.32,926/- (Rupees Thirty Two Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty Six only) to the Director, NIMS towards the treatment and service rendered to Smt M. Andamma, mother of Sri M. Damodar, Assistant Section Officer (SC). 3. The amount of the expenditure sanctioned in para (2) above shall be debited to the following Head of Account: “2052 – Secretariat General Services, M.H.090- Secretariat – S.H (04)- General Administration Department, 010 - Salaries 017 _ Medical Reimbursement / Advances. 4. The GA(Claims-A) Dept shall draw the amount sanctioned in para (2) above and obtain a cheque in favour of Director, NIMS, Panjagutta, Hyderabad. 5. This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance Department as per orders in force.
