ORDER:-
In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of Horticulture, AP,
Hyderabad, in the reference read above, Government hereby accord post facto
permission to Smt.I.Rani Kumudini, IAS., Commissioner of Horticulture, Andhra
Pradesh, Hyderabad, had joined election duty in the Lalitpur Constituency of Uttar
Pradesh as Election Observer for counting from 04.03.2012 to 07.03.2012.
2. The absence of the above officer from the Head quarters from 04.03.2012 to
07.03.2012 including journey period is treated as on duty under F,R.(6) (1) (i) .
3. The expenditure towards TA and DA of the above officer shall be debited to the
head of account from which her pay and allowances are being drawn.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department under the
orders in force.
