Electricity bill Electricity SC.A5 013648 080251, E.R.O., Banjara Hills & Payment receipt dt.4.1.2012. --- ORDER:- In the reference 1st read above, permission was accorded to Judicial officers posted on other duty as Secretary to Government, Law Department to incur 1/2 of the total consumption of electricity charges of his residential building during his tenure in the Department. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the officer has submitted electricity bills and payment receipt for Rs.1354 /- (Rupees one thousand three hundred and fifty four only) in respect of flat No.304, Judges quarters for the month of January, 2012. 3. Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs. 677/- (Rupees six hundred and seventy seven only) to Sri R.Damodar, Secretary to Government, Legal Affairs, Law Department towards reimbursement of 50% of the electricity charges of his residential building for the month of January, 2012. 4. The expenditure sanctioned in para (3) above shall be debited to “2052-Secretariat General Services -90- Secretariat Services -10- Law Department -130 - Office expenses - 133 Water & Electricity Charges. 5. The Deputy Pay and Accounts Officer, Secretariat Branch, Hyderabad is requested to issue a cheque in favour of Sri R.Damodar, Secretary to Government, Law Department.To Sri R.Damodar, Secretary to Government, Legal Affairs, Law Department.
