Read the following:- 1. Representation of Dr. M.A. Quddus, Deputy Civil Surgeon, CHC, Choutuppal, Nalgonda District dt.nil. 2. From the Commissioner, APVVP, Hyderabad Lr.Rc.No.5015/M1B/2009 Dated:5-9-2011. *** ORDER: In the reference 1st read above, Dr. M. A. Quddus, Dy. C.S., CHC, Choutuppal, Nalgonda District has represented that he is working in the present place since November 2010. He is suffering with Hypertension C.V.A. with visual disturbance with O.A. both Knees and has left over only thirteen months for superannuation of his services. Due to his ill health, he is unable to continue his services in smooth way. He has requested to transfer him from CHC, Choutuppal to Hyderabad on health grounds. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Commissioner, APVVP has stated that there is one vacancy of Dy. Civil Surgeon at SBBM Hospital, Shalibanda, Hyderabad 3. After careful examination of the matter, Government hereby order to transfer Dr. M.A. Quddus, Deputy Civil Surgeon, Community Health Centre, Choutuppal, Nalgonda District to SBBM Hospital, Shalibanda, Hyderabad in the existing vacancy on health grounds in relaxation of ban on transfer orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.127, Finance (DCM.III) Department, Dated:22-6- 2011.. 4. The individual is not entitled for Transfer Travelling Allowances (TTA) / DA, Joining time etc., as the transfer is affected on his own request. 5. The Commissioner, A.P. Vaidya Vidhana Parishad shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly. 6.
