Balasubrahmanyam, Assistant Draftsman to Government (Telugu), Law Department was temporarily promoted as Deputy Draftsman to Government (Telugu), Law Department in the scale of pay of Rs.29,200-750-29950-800-32350-850-34900-900-37600-970-40510-1040-43630-1110- 46960-1200-51760-1300-53,060/- with effect from 03.02.2012 and he was permitted to join duty on 03.02.2012 F.N. in the said post. 2. As on the date of his promotion to the post of Deputy Draftsman to Government (Telugu), Law Department the officer was drawing a basic pay of Rs.36,700/- in the scale of pay of Rs.23,650-650-25600-700-27700-750-29950-800-32350-850-34900- 900-37600-970-40510-1040-43630-1110-46960-1200-49360/- in the post of Assistant Draftsman to Government (Telugu), Law Department. 3. Consequent on his promotion to the post of Deputy Draftsman to Government (Telugu), Law Department, the pay of the officer is fixed at Rs.38,570/- w.e.f. 03.02.2012 i.e. from the date of promotion to the post of Deputy Draftsman to Government (Telugu), Law Department under F.R. 22-B in the scale of pay of Rs.29,200- 750-29950-800-32350-850-34900-900-37600-970-40510-1040-43630-1110-46960-1200- 51760-1300-53060/- as shown below: Under F.R. 22-B w.e.f. 03.02.2012 i.e. the date of promotion to the post of Dy. Draftsman to Govt. (Telugu) Pay as on 03.02.2012 in the post of Asst. Draftsman to : Rs.36,700/- Govt. (Telugu) in the Scale of Rs.23,650-49,360/- Add: one increment : Rs. 900/- Rs.37,600/- Next higher stage in the scale of Rs.29,200-53,060/- : Rs.38,570/- Pay fixed in the post of Dy. Draftsman to Govt. (Telugu), : Rs.38,570/- Law Dept. w.e.f. 03.02.2012 Next date of increment in the category of Dy. Draftsman to Govt. (Telugu) will be on 03.02.2013/01.02.2013 4. Law (Claims) Department are requested to draw and disburse the arrears, if any, due to the officer as per the fixation of pay ordered in para (3) above. Contd…:: 2 :: 5.
