ORDER:-
In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of Horticulture, AP,
Hyderabad, in the reference read above, Government hereby accord post facto
permission to Smt.I.Rani Kumudini, IAS., Commissioner of Horticulture, Andhra
Pradesh, Hyderabad, attended the Meeting to discuss the proposal of Government of
Andhra Pradesh for procurement of turmeric under Market Intervention Scheme (MIS)
during 2011 on 13.03.2012 at New Delhi.
2. The absence of the above officer from the Head quarters on 13.03.2012 including
journey period is treated as on duty under F,R.(6) (1) (i) .
3. The expenditure towards TA and DA of the above officer shall be debited to the
head of account from which her pay and allowances are being drawn.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department under the
orders in force.
