As on the date of his promotion to the post of Joint Secretary to Government (Non-Cadre), Law Department the officer was drawing a basic pay of Rs.40,510/- in the scale of pay of Rs.29,200-750-29950-800-32350-850-34900-900- 37600-970-40510-1040-43630-1110-46960-1200-49360-1300-53,060/- in the post of Deputy Secretary to Government, Law Department. 3. Consequent on his promotion to the post of Joint Secretary to Government (Non-Cadre), Law Department the pay of the officer is fixed at Rs.42,590/- w.e.f. 03.02.2012 i.e. the date of promotion to the post of Joint Secretary to Government (Non- Cadre), Law Department under F.R. 22-B in the scale of pay of Rs.37600-970-40510- 1040-43630-1110-46960-1200-51760-1300-54360/- as shown below: Under F.R. 22-B w.e.f. 03.02.2012 i.e. the date of promotion to the post of Jt. Secy. to Govt. (Non-Cadre), Law Department Pay as on 03.02.2012 in the post of Dy. Secretary to : Rs.40,510/- Govt. in the Scale of Rs.29,200-53,060/- Add: one increment : Rs. 1,040/- Rs.41,550/- Next higher stage in the scale of Rs.37,600-54,360/- : Rs.42,590/- Pay fixed in the post of Jt. Secy. to Govt., Law Dept. : Rs.42,590/- w.e.f. 03.02.2012 Next date of accrual of increment in the category of Jt. Secy. to Govt. (Non-Cadre) will be on 03.02.2013/01.02.2013 4. Law (Claims) Department are requested to draw and disburse the arrears, if any, due to the officer as per the fixation of pay ordered in para (3) above. 5. The Officer is informed that, excess amount, if any, is paid to him due to erroneous pay fixation, such excess amount will be recovered from his pay and allowances as and when such error comes to light.
