Sudhir, I.A.S., Special Chief Secretary to Government, Health, Medical & Family Welfare Department while enclosing original medical bills, has requested that he has incurred an amount of Rs.13,000/- towards treatment taken to his wife for “PV Endometrial Hyper plain” at Bristlecone Hospitals, Hyderabad, on 14-11-2011 as in patient. 2. In the letter 4th read above, the C.S.S. Govt. Civil Dispensary, Sectt., Hyderabad has scrutinized the bills and recommended an amount of Rs.12,500/- as follows: Total amount claimed … Rs.13,000-00 Inadmissible amount … Rs. 500-00 Admissible amount under consideration: Rs.12,500-00 -------------- Net admissible amount Rs.12,500-00 (Rupees Twelve thousand and five hundred only) 3. Government after careful examination of the matter hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs.12,500-00 (Rupees Twelve thousand and five hundred only) to Sri G. Sudhir, I.A.S., Special Chief Secretary to Government, Health Medical & Family Welfare Department towards treatment to his wife for “PV Eudometial Hyperplain” at Bristlecone Hospitals, Hyderabad on 14-11-2011, in relaxation of Rules. 4.
