Secretariat, Hyderabad, LetterNo.127/CDS/12, Dated 21.01.2012, received. -o0o- ORDER: Sri A.Shankar Narayana, Secretary to Government, Legislative Affairs and justice, Law Department has submitted an application in the reference 1st read above stating that he has incurred an amount of Rs. 11,060.90 (Rupees eleven thousand sixty and ninety paise only) towards his wife’s treatment for “Giddyness” for the period 25-10-2011 to 14-11-2011 and cost of medicines purchased and requested to reimburse the said amount. 2. In the reference 3rd read above, Civil Surgeon Specialist, Government Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad was requested to scrutinize the medical bills and necessary certificates submitted by Sri A.Shankar Narayana, Secretary to Government, Legislative Affairs and justice, Law Department and to state the net admissible amount for reimbursement as per the Andhra Pradesh Medical Attendance, Rules 1972. 3. In the reference 4th read above, the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Government Civil Dispensary, A.P.Secretariat, Hyderabad has stated that the medical bills of Sri A.Shankar Narayana, Secretary to Government, Legislative Affairs and justice, Law Department ,towards his wife’s treatment for “Giddyness” for the period 25-10-2011 to 14-11-2011 and cost of medicines purchased have been offered and scrutinized and offered and offered the following remarks: Contd.P.2.. Amount claimed : Rs.11,060-90 Inadmissible amount : Rs.-- Admissible amount under consideration : Rs. 11,060-90 10% cut on admissible amount : Rs.-- Net Admissible amount : Rs. 11,060.90/- rounded toRs.11.061/- (Rupees eleven thousand and sixty one only ). Sanction is therefore, hereby accorded for payment of Rs. 11,061/-(Rupees eleven thousand and sixty one only ) to Sri A.Shankar Narayana, Secretary to Government, Legislative Affairs and justice, Law Department towards his wife’s treatment for “Giddyness” for the period 25-10-2011 to 14-11-2011 and cost of medicines purchased. 5. Law (Claims) Department are requested to draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para (4) above to Sri A.Shankar Narayana, Secretary to Government, Legislative Affairs and justice, Law Department. 6.
