From the District Collector, Guntur, Letter Rc.No.1246/2011-C2, Dated 31.10.2011. *** ORDER:- Sri Srigiriraju Ayyapa Raju, Advocate, Narasaraopet, is hereby appointed as Special Counsel for the newly established Additional District and Sessions Judge’s Court, Narasaraopet, Guntur District, to look after the civil cases on behalf of the Government, for a period of three years from the date of assumption of charge of the post or till the termination of his services, whichever is earlier. His conditions of service shall be in accordance with the instructions issued in the reference 1st read above as amended from time to time. 2. He shall be paid case wise fees as per the Andhra Pradesh Advocate Fees Rules, 1990. 3. The date of assumption of charge of the post by the above Advocate may be intimated to the Government.
