G.O.Ms.No.5, Fin (FW.W&M-I) Dept., dated 4.1.1994. 2. Cir.Memo.No.1320/659/A2/W&M/2007, Finance (W&M) Dept., dt.11.12.2007.. 3. From Sri Erasu Prathap Reddy, Minister for Law & Courts, Note No.548/M (L&C)/2011, dt.18.9.2011. ----- In the reference 1st read above, Government have issued instructions ban on purchase of new vehicles. In the reference 2nd read above, procedure for hiring of the vehicles and Rs.18,000/- per month with effect from 1st January, 2008 2. In the reference 4th cited, Sri Erasu Prathap Reddy, Minister for Law & Courts has sent a note stating that he has noticed that the Ministry of Law is having the following head of the Departments (1) High Court of A.P., (2) A.P.State Legal Services Authority (3) A.P.Judicial Academy (4) A.P.Director of Prosecutions (5) A.P.Law University, Vishakapatnam (6) Nalsar University (7) Office of the Adocate General, High Court of A.P. (8) Public Prosecutors Office, High Court of A,.P., and further observed that daily number of files are received from the Law Department for appproval and taking decision. More particulary, High Court files are very urgent in nature and some time spontaneous decisions may be taken by him and in office hours he has to look after the grievances of public and constituency problems and it is not possible to him to see all the files in the office. Most of the times, the personal staff of his office has taken the files to the official residence or wherever he is available for approval of the files. Therefore, he has instructed the Secretary to Govenment, Legal Affairs to provide a vehicle on hire basis and place at the disposal of the Office of Minister, Law & Courts. 3 Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord permission to hire one Private Vehice for the use of office of the Hon’ble Minister for Law & courts on payment of monthly rent of Rs.18,000/- (Rupees Eighteen thousand only) in relaxation of the orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.230 Finance (DGM-I) Dept., dt.15.10.2011 including petrol, Oil, Driver Batta and maintenance charges etc., with a coverage of 2,500 Kilometres per month. 4. The expenditure towards payment of hired charges shall be debited to “2052 - Secretariat General Services 090 - Secretariat -10 -Law Department -130 Office Expenses 134 - Hiring of Private Vehicles.To The Hon’ble Minister for (Law & Courts) A.P.Secretariat, HYDERABAD.
