Harinath, Deputy Executive Engineer(M) and (7) Sri G.Manohar, Deputy Executive Engineer(S.W.). Government have also appointed the Joint Director of Marketing(Vig.), O/o Commissioner & Director of Agricultural Marketing, Hyderabad as Presenting Officer to present the case on behalf of the disciplinary authority in support of the articles of charges on which inquiry is being conducted against the said above Charged Officers. 2. As desired by the General Administration(COI-R)Department, Government, in the reference 2nd read above, have issued revised orders appointing Sri Jitender, IPS, Commissioner of Inquiries as Inquiry Authority in place of Dr. Subhrendu Bhattacharya, IAS, Commissioner of Inquiries to conduct common inquiry into the charges framed against Sri B.Dharma Reddy, Executive Engineer(M)(Retired) and others. 3. In the reference 3rd read above, the General Administration(COI-R)Department have informed that consequent on appointment of (3) Inquiry Officers, it has been decided to reassign the cases to Sri Alok Srivastava, IPS(Retired), Commissioner of Inquiries, General Administration(COI)Department from Sri Jitender, IPS. Therefore, the General Administration(COI)Department have requested to issue orders reassigning the above case to Sri Alok Srivastava, IPS(Retired), Commissioner of Inquiries. 4. In view of the above circumstances, in partial modification of orders issued in the reference 2nd read above, Government hereby appoint Sri Alok Srivastava, IPS(Retired), Commissioner of Inquiries as Inquiry Authority in place of Sri Jitender, IPS, Commissioner of Inquiries. He is requested to conduct common inquiry into the charges framed against Sri B.Dharma Reddy, Executive Engineer(M)(Retired) and (6) others from where it was left over and also obtain the records etc. from the General Administration (COI-J)Department and furnish his report accordingly at an early date.
