Read the following: 1. From the Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, Hyderabad Letter No.CS(1)82/2011, dated:07/03/2012. 2.G.O.Rt.No.1700, Fin. (EXPR. A & C) Department dated:31.03.2012. -oOo- O R D E R: The Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, Hyderabad vide reference 1st read above has requested the Government to release an amount of Rs.2465.647 lakhs (Under CSS & MSS for Rs.2386.163 lakhs out of which an amount of Rs.1345.905 lakhs are within the approved BEs of 2011 – 12 and Rs.443.717 lakhs by way of re-appropriation and 596.541 lakhs as additional amount in relaxation of Treasury control orders + balance State Share budget of Rs.79.484 lakhs) under ISOPOM-Oilseeds during 2011 – 12. 2. The Finance (Exp. A&C) Department, in the reference 2nd read above, have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.2465.64 lakhs (Rs.1789.62 lakhs of CSS + Rs.676.02 lakhs of MSS (Rs.1789.62 lakhs within BE + Rs.676.02 lakhs as additional funds) (Rupees Twenty four crores, sixty five lakhs, sixty four thousand only) to the Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, A.P., Hyderabad, in relaxation of Treasury Control orders during the financial year 2011 – 12 under CSS and MSS towards implementation of the ISOPOM – Oil seeds scheme during 2001 – 12 under the Heads of Account mentioned therein . 3. Based on the above orders, Government, after careful examination, hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.2465.64 lakhs (Rs.1789.62 lakhs of CSS + Rs.676.02 lakhs of MSS (Rs.1789.62 lakhs within BE + Rs.676.02 lakhs as additional funds) (Rupees Twenty four crores, sixty five lakhs, sixty four thousand only) to the Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, A.P., Hyderabad, in relaxation of Treasury Control orders during the financial year 2011 – 12 under CSS and MSS towards implementation of the ISOPOM – Oil seeds scheme during 2001 – 12 released in the reference 3rd read above. 4. The Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, A.P., Hyderabad, shall take necessary further action in the matter. 5.
