G.O.Ms.No.172, Finance, dated 1.7.1974 2. Circular Memo.No. 14781-C/278/FR.I/2011, Finance (FR.I) Dept.,dt.22.6.2011. 3. Application from Sri M.Ram Mohan Rao, Assistant Secretary to Government , Law Department, Dt..16.1.2012. --- ORDER:- In terms of orders issued in the circular memo., in the reference 2nd read above, Sri M.Ram Mohan Rao, Assistant Secretary to Government, Law Department is permitted to surrender Earned Leave for 15 days with effect from 15.2.2012 for encashment during the Financial Year, 2011-2012 subject to condition that he should not go on Earned Leave upto 29.2.2012 in the period in which he has been permitted to surrender Earned Leave. 2. Sri M.Ram Mohan Rao, Assistant Secretary to Government, Law Department was earlier permitted to surrender Earned leave for encashment for the financial year 2010 -2011 on 15.2.2011. The balance of Earned Leave at his credit after the present surrender of earned leave is (6) days. 3. Necessary entries have been made in the Service Register of the officer. 4.
