Read the following: 1. From the Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, Hyderabad Letter No.CS(2)83/2011, dated:07/03/2012. 2. G.O.Rt.No.1697, Fin. (EXPR. A & C) Department dated:31/03/2012. -oOo- O R D E R: The Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, Hyderabad vide reference 1st read above has requested the Government to release an amount of Rs. 266.667 lakhs ( Rs.194.33 lakhs are within the approved BEs of 2011 – 12 and Rs.38.78 lakhs by way of re-appropriation and Rs. 33.557 lakhs as additional amount) in relaxation of Treasury control orders for implementation of ISOPOM- Maize Scheme during 2011-12. 2. The Finance (Exp. A&C) Department, in the reference 3rd read above, have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.2,66,66,000/- ( Rupees Two Crores Sixty Six Lakhs Sixty Six thousand only) (i.e. Rs.233.11 lakhs with in B.E. and Rs. 33.55 lakhs as additional funds) to the Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, A.P., Hyderabad, in relaxation of Treasury Control Orders by obtaining supplementary Estimates during 2011-12 at appropriate time for implementation of ISOPOM-Maize Scheme during 2011-12 under Plan (MSS+CSS) under the Heads of Account mentioned therein . 3. Based on the above orders, Government, after careful examination, hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.2,66,66,000/- (Rupees Two Crores Sixty Six Lakhs Sixty Six thousand only) (i.e. Rs.233.11 lakhs with in B.E. and Rs. 33.55 lakhs as additional funds) released in the reference 2nd read above. 4. The Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, A.P., Hyderabad, shall take necessary further action in the matter. 5.
