From the Managing Director, AP MARKFED, Hyderabad Lr.Rc. No. P&M1/Turmeric/MIS/2012 Dated:27.03.2012. **** ORDER: In the circumstances reported by the Managing Director, AP MARKFED, Hyderabad, Government after careful examination, hereby amend the G.O.Rt.No.311 Agriculture and Cooperation (HORTI) Department Dated:24.03.2012. AMENDMENT In the G.O.No.311 Agriculture and Cooperation (HORTI) Department Dated: 24.03.2012, after Sl.No.18, the following shall be added. 19. The Managing Director, AP MARKFED, Hyderabad shall issue instructions to the Purchase centers to purchase only “finger variety of turmeric” @ Rs. 4000 per quintal under MIS scheme 20. Purchase of turmeric will be limited to ten (10) quintals per family 21. AP MARKFED will be allowed 2.5% service charges as was allowed in G.O.Rt.No.294 A&C (A.M.II-2) Department, Dated: 01.04.2005 by limiting over all overhead expenses to Rs.1000/- per quintal which was allowed by the Government of India in MIS guide lines Dated: 20.03.2012 and State Government guide lines vide G.O.Rt.No.311 A&C (Horti) Department Dated:24.03.2012. 22. The Managing Director, AP MARKFED, Hyderabad shall take action to Open the purchase center at in Kadapa District as per the rules in force The Sl.No.19 as mentioned in the G.O.Rt.No.311 Agriculture and Cooperation (Horti) Department Dated: 24.03.2012 shall be treated as Sl.No.23.
