The Government after careful examination of the matter have decided to direct the Collector & District Magistrate, Medak District to initiate immediate action in accordance with Law for withdrawal of the prosecution against the accused mentioned in para (1) above in Cr.No.13/2010 of Bhoompally Police Station, under sections 188 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, pending before the Hon’ble Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Siddipet vide STC No.148/2010 by duly following the procedure prescribed under section 321 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974) and the guidelines issued in G.O.Ms.No.54, Law (L.A. & J – Home – Courts-B) Department, Dated:30.03.2000 under intimation to the Government.
