OoO O R D E R:- Sanction is hereby accorded for the payment of an amount of Rs.2,165/- (Rupees two thousand one hundred and sixty five only) to Sri V. Nagi Reddy,IAS.,Principal Secretary to Government, Agriculture and Cooperation Department towards reimbursement of medical expenses incurred by him towards his father’s treatment at Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences, Punjagutta, Hyderabad. 2. The amount sanctioned above shall be debited to the Head of Account “3451-Secretariat Economic Services--090--Secretariat--018--Agriculture & Cooperation Department--010-Salaries—017- Medical Reimbursement”. 3. The Agriculture and Cooperation (Claims) Department are requested to draw and disburse an amount of Rs.2,165/- (Rupees two thousand one hundred and sixty five only) to the individual. 4.
