ORDER:
The Director General of Police, A.P., Hyderabad in his letter read above, for the
reasons mentioned therein based on the report of the Superintendent of Police, Medak
District has recommended for withdrawal of prosecution against the following accused
in Cr.No.12/2010 under sections 147, 148, 448, 324 and 504 read with section 149 of
the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and section 7(1) of Crl.Law Amendment Act, 1932 of IDA
Bollaram Police Station, pending before the Hon’ble Judicial First Class Magistrate
Court, Narsapur vide CC No.46/2010.

2. The Government after careful examination of the matter have decided to direct
the Collector & District Magistrate, Medak District to initiate immediate action in
accordance with Law for withdrawal of the prosecution against the accused mentioned
in para (1) above in Cr.No.12/2010 under sections 147, 148, 448, 324 and 504 read
with section 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and section 7(1) of Crl.Law
Amendment Act, 1932 of IDA Bollaram Police Station, pending before the Hon’ble
Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Narsapur vide CC No.46/2010 by duly following
the procedure prescribed under section 321 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973
(Central Act 2 of 1974) and the guidelines issued in G.O.Ms.No.54, Law (L.A. & J –
Home – Courts-B) Department, Dated:30.03.2000 under intimation to the Government.
