From Civil Surgeon Specialist, Govt. Civil Dispensary, Secretariat, Hyderabad, Rc No.67/CDS/Hyd/2012, dated 16-3-2012. OoO O R D E R:- Sanction is hereby accorded for the payment of an amount of Rs.14,000/- (Rupees fourteen thousand only) to Sri V. Nagi Reddy,IAS., Principal Secretary to Government, Agriculture and Cooperation Department towards reimbursement of medical expenses incurred by him towards his father’s eye treatment for “Cataract – L.E” during the period from 2-8-2011 to 3-8-2011 at Medivision Eye & Health Care Centre, Hyderabad. 2. The amount sanctioned above shall be debited to the Head of Account “3451-Secretariat Economic Services--090--Secretariat--018--Agriculture & Cooperation Department--010-Salaries—017- Medical Reimbursement”. 3. The Agriculture and Cooperation (Claims) Department are requested to draw and disburse an amount of Rs.14,000/- (Rupees fourteen thousand only) to the individual. 4.
