Department, Dated 23-4-2010. * * * O R D E R: It has been brought to the notice of the Government that Sri K.Narsaiah, Office Subordinate, Revenue Department expired on 01-03-2012 due to illness. 2. In pursuance of the orders issued in the G.O. read above sanction is accorded for payment of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) towards obsequies to Sri K.Narsaiah, Office Subordinate, Revenue Department who expired while in service on 01-03-2012. 3. The expenditure sanctioned in para 2 above shall be debited to the Head of Account “2052-Secretariat General Services – 090 – Secretariat – 09 – Revenue Department – 310 – Grants – in – Aid – 312 – Other Grants – in – Aid”. 4. The Revenue (OP.II) Department are requested to draw and disburse the amount to Smt K.Padvathi, who is the wife of deceased employee . 5. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per rules on the subject.
