ORDER:
The Director General of Police, A.P., Hyderabad in his letter read above, for the
reasons mentioned therein based on the report of the Superintendent of Police,
Adilabad District has recommended for withdrawal of prosecution against the following
accused in Cr.No.24/2010 of Adilabad I-Town Police Station, under sections 143, 147,
448,290 read with section 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, pending before the
Hon’ble Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Adilabad vide CC No.172/2010.

2. The Government after careful examination of the matter have decided to direct
the Collector & District Magistrate, Adilabad District to initiate immediate action in
accordance with Law for withdrawal of the prosecution against the accused mentioned
in para (1) above Cr.No.24/2010 of Adilabad I-Town Police Station, under sections
143, 147, 448,290 read with section 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, (Central Act
45 of 1860) pending before the Hon’ble Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Adilabad
vide CC No.172/2010 by duly following the procedure prescribed under section 321 of
the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974) and the guidelines
issued in G.O.Ms.No.54, Law (L.A. & J – Home – Courts-B) Department,
Dated:30.03.2000 under intimation to the Government.
