G.O.Rt.No.653, Finance (Expr.HM&FW-II) Dept., Dt:25.02.2012. * * * O R D E R: Based on the proposal received from the Director of Commissioner of Health and Family Welfare, Hyderabad vide letter 1st read above and in pursuance of the Orders issued by the Finance (Expr.HM&FW-II) Department in the Government Order 2nd read above, Government hereby issue an administrative sanction order authorizing the Commissioner of Health and Family Welfare, AP, Hyderabad to release LOC for an amount of Rs.50,00,000/- (Rupees fifty lakhs only) from the B.E. 2011-12 (Plan) towards 3rd & 4th quarters under the following Scheme: Plan (Rupees in Thousands) Sl. The Managing Director, APHMHIDC, Hyderabad shall indicate in the distribution order of this LOC amount, the executing Agency chosen for undertaking the above items of works and intimate the fact to the Director of Works and Accounts, AP, Hyderabad and the Pay and Accounts Officer (W&P) of the district concerned. 3. The Commissioner of Health and Family Welfare, AP, Hyderabad and the Director of Works and Accounts, AP, Hyderabad are requested to regulate the expenditure to the extent of LOC now authorized. 4. The Commissioner of Health and Family Welfare, AP, Hyderabad shall take necessary action in the matter and furnish the utilization certificate/Statement of Expenditure for the amount sanctioned at para-1 above to Government.
