D.O.Lr.No.51771/Vig.VI (1)/1995-41, dated: 02.02.2012. 3) From D.G., A.C.B., Lr.No.14/RE-CR1/1994, S1 Dept., dated: 14.02.2012. * * * * * ORDER: Whereas, an inquiry under Rule 20 of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Service (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1991 read with Andhra Pradesh Revised Pension Rules,1980 is being held against Sri Mohd.Raheemuddin, former District Registrar, Nizamabad and retired as I/c. Deputy Inspector General. 2. And whereas, it is considered that a Presenting Officer should be appointed from the Registration Department to present before the Inquiring Authority on behalf of the disciplinary authority in respect of the article of charges, framed against the Charged Officer in this case, in view of request of Director General, Anti Corruption Bureau in the reference 3rd read above. 3. Now therefore, the disciplinary authority in exercise of the powers conferred under Clause (C) of Sub Rule (5) of Rule 20 of the said rules, hereby appoint Sri Venkat Rajesh, Deputy Inspector General, Registration & Stamps Department, Ranga Reddy District as the Presenting Officer. He shall obtain required material from the office of the Commissioner and Inspector General, Registration & Stamps Department, A.P., Hyderabad.
