ORDER :
Sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of Rs.8,000.00 (Rupees eight thousand only)
to Section Officer, Health, Medical & Family Welfare (G) Department, to meet the unforeseen
expenditure to be incurred towards preparation and finalization of Budget Book of Health,
Medical & Family Welfare Department, for the financial year 2012-13.
2. The amount sanctioned in para (1) above shall be debited to “2251 – Secretariat Social
Services – 090 – Secretariat – 06 – Health, Medical & Family Welfare Department – 130 –
Office Expenses – 132 – Other Office Expenses.
3. The Health, Medical & Family Welfare (OP. Claims) Department are requested to draw
the amount on DC bill under Article -99 of A.P. Financial Code Volume-II and issue a cheque in
favour of Drawing & Disbursing Officer, Health Medical and Family Welfare Department,
Bank A/c No.62033285293, MICR Code : 50004056, SBH, Sectt., Branch, Hyd. The said
amount shall be paid to the Section Officer, Health, Medical & Family Welfare (G) Department,
who will in turn furnish the detailed bills of the expenditure incurred, to claims section for
reconciliation.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department.
