From the G.A.(CoI-R) Dept., U.O.Note No.89/COI-R/2012, dated 24-3-2012. -o0o- ORDER: Whereas in the reference 1st read above, Sri Jitender, IPS, Commissioner of Inquiries was appointed as Inquiry Authority in place of Dr. Subhrendu Bhattacharya, I.A.S., COI to inquire into the charges framed against Dr. M.Jayaraj, Dy. Director of Agriculture (FTC) & I/C JDA (Retd), Warangal District. 2. The General Administration (COI-R) Department, vide reference 2nd read above, has informed that it has been decided to reassign the case to Sri Alok Srivastava, IPS., (Retd) COI, GA((COI) Dept., from Sri Jitender, IPS., and requested to issue orders reassigning the case to Sri Alok Srivastava, IPS (Retd) (COI-AS). 3.
