G.O Ms.No.2018, Rev (Ex.III) Dept Dt:26.11.2011. 2.G.O Rt.No.1461, Rev (Ex.III) Dept Dt:9.12.2011 3.From the CPE Cr.No.B3/1747/2011/CDB/Ex Dt:08.02.2012. *** ORDER:- In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of Prohibition and Excise, A.P Hyderabad in his letter 3rd read above, Government, after careful consideration of the matter, hereby accord sanction of 10.00 Lakh Proof Litres of additional production capacity to M/s Sentini Beverages Pvt. Ltd., Gandepally, Kanchikacherla, Krishna District for the year 2011-12, in addition to their base quota plus additional quota sanctioned earlier in the G.O 2nd read above under Rule 8 (4) (e) of A.P Distillery (Manufacture of Indian made foreign liquor other than Beer and Wine) Rules, 2006 issued vide reference first cited, subject to the following conditions:- 1. On grant of permission the licencee shall pay the additional licence fee on such additional production @ Rs. 3.00/- (Rupees three only) per Proof litre of additional production of liquor with basic price above Rs. 400/- per case. 2. The licensee shall pay the additional licence fee at the above rate in respect of the entire additional capacity sanctioned irrespective of whether the whole or part of the quantity is utilized by him.
