From the Commissioner of Horticulture, Hyderabad Lr.No.OP/135/ 2010 Dated:10.01.2011 and 08.03.2011. ***** ORDER: The Commissioner of Horticulture, Hyderabad in the reference 2nd read above has informed that M/s Ruchi Soya Industries Limited vide their letter Dated:01.09.2010 has informed that the Hon’ble High Court of Bombay has passed order Dated:07.05.2010 sanctioning a scheme of Amalgamation and arrangement of MAC Oil Palm Limited and Ruchi Soya Industries Limited, (RSIL of the Company) and their respective share holders. Entailing the amalgamation of MAC Oil Palm Limited. Therefore, the Commissioner of Horticulture, Hyderabad has requested the Government to issue necessary orders for the amalgamation of M/s. MAC Oil Palm Limited with Ruchi Soya Industries as per the orders of Hon’ble High Court of Bombay. 2. In the circumstances explained by the Commissioner of Horticulture, Hyderabad and as per the guide lines issued in the reference 1st read above, with regard to “change of name/Transfer of Company, after entering MOA with Oil Palm Commissioner, Government after careful examination of the matter hereby accord permission for the amalgamation of M/s. MAC Oil Palm Limited with Ruchi Soya Industries Limited (RSIL). 3. The Commissioner of Horticulture, Hyderabad shall take necessary action duly following the relevant Rules and Regulations in the matter.
