Note received from P.A. to Prl. Secy. to Govt. along with news paper/Magazines
bill Nos.105 of Sri Sai Ram News Paper Supply.

ORDER:-
Sanction is hereby accorded for the payment of Rs.655/- (Rupees six hundred and
fifty five only) by Health, Medical and Family Welfare Department, Andhra Pradesh
Secretariat to Sri K. R. Kishore, Principal Secretary to Government towards the cost of
the news papers. As the Officer has paid the bill amount and requested for reimburse the
same.
2. The expenditure sanctioned in para (1) above shall be debited to “2251 –
Secretariat Social Services – (090) – Secretariat – (06) – Health, Medical and Family
Welfare Department – (130) – Office Expenses – (132) – Other Office Expenses”.
3. The Health, Medical and Family Welfare (OP-Claims) Department are requested
reimburse and credit the amount of Rs.655/- (Rupees six hundred and fifty five only) to
Sri K.R. Kishore, Principal Secretary to Government, A/c No.021810011003216, Andhra
Bank, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department.
