LAW (L.A. & J – HOME – COURTS-B) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No. 347 Dated16-02-2012, Read: From the Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City, Letter No.L&O/M7/1125/2010, Dated:04.09.2010 &&&& ORDER: Whereas, it has been brought to the notice of the Government of Andhra Pradesh, that there are reasons to believe that the following accused persons have committed offences within the territorial jurisdiction of Narayanaguda Police Station, Hyderabad and they are liable to be punishable under sections 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and clause (b) of sub section (1) of section 12 of the Passports Act, 1967, in Crime No.198/2009 of Narayanaguda Police Station, Hyderabad Commissionerate; namely :- S/Sri 1. Syed Razzak Patel @ Asif @ Imran @ Khadeer, S/o.Syed Gafoor Patel, R/o.Nasheman Colony, Sultanshahi, Hyderabad; 2. Mohd.Ghouse-Ur-Saqlain, S/o.Mohd.Kareem Khan, R/o.H.No.22-6-7- 7/A, Flat No.101, Noor Mansion Apartments, Panjeshah, Mirchowk, Hyderabad 2. And whereas, upon perusal of the relevant records pertaining to the Cr.No.198/2009 of Narayanaguda Police Station,, Hyderabad Commissionerate, the Government have satisfied and consider that the following accused persons have committed offences within the territorial jurisdiction of Narayanaguda Police Station, Hyderabad Commissionerate and should be tried for the offences punishable under sections 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Central Act 45 of 1860) and under clause (b) of sub section (1) of section 12 of the Passport Act, 1967 of Narayanaguda Police Station, Hyderabad Commissionerate; namely :- S/Sri 1. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Passports Act, 1967 (Central Act 15 of 1967) read with notification issued in GSR 662(E), Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, Dated: 01.12.1979, the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby accord sanction for prosecution against the accused mentioned in para (2) above,:: 2 :: for the offences punishable under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 12 of the Passports Act, 1967 (Central Act 15 of 1967) and section 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Central Act 45 of 1860) in Crime No.198/2009 of Narayanaguda Police Station, Hyderabad Commissionerate..
