ORDER:
In the reference 1st read above, the Registrar General, High Court of
Andhra Pradesh has forwarded the application of the Hon’ble Judge, High Court
of Andhra Pradesh for sanction of leave on full allowances. His Excellency the
Governor of Andhra Pradesh has been pleased to pursue and conveyed
approval for sanction of leave relating to the Hon’ble Judge.
2. Therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred Under Section 13 of the
High Court Judges (Salaries & Conditions of Service) Act, 1954, leave is
granted on full allowances in respect of Hon’ble Sri Justice K.S.Appa Rao,
Judge, High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad for two (2) days on
29.12.2011 and 30.12.2011.
3. The Registrar General, High Court of Andhra Pradesh is requested to
take necessary further action accordingly.
