REVENUE (OP-II) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No. 356 Dated: 06 .03.2012 Read the following:- 1) G.O.Ms.No.5, Finance &Plg (FW.W&M) Department, Dated 04.01.1994. 2) Circular Memo No.1320/659/A2/2007, Finance (W&M) Dept., Dated 11.12.2007. 3) Application of M/s. Swetha Travels, Hyderabad, dated 29.02.2012. *** ORDER: - The department has engaged hired vehicle from M/s. Swetha Travels, Hyderabad for the use of senior officers of the department. The department is now intending to extend the hiring period of the above firm for further one year from 01.04.2012 to 31.03.2013. 2) Accordingly, permission is hereby accorded to M/s. Swetha Travels, Hyderabad for engaging hire vehicle bearing No. AP09TV 2730 for the period from 01.04.2012 to 31.03.2013 at the rates applicable as prescribed by the Finance Department vide their circular Memo 2nd read above. 3) M/s. Swetha Travels, Hyderabad is directed to enter into Agreement with the department immediately. 4) The expenditure on the above hiring vehicle shall be met from the following head of account “2052 - Secretariat General Services - M.H. 090 - Secretariat - S.H. (09) Revenue Department - 130 - Office Expenses - 134 - Hiring of Private Vehicles”. 5) This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance Department as per the rules in force.
