O R D E R:
After careful examination of the circumstances reported by the Director of
Medical Education, A.P., Hyderabad in his letter first read above, the Government
hereby transfer Dr. M.Taqiuddin Khan Professor of Forensic Medicine, Andhra
Medical College, Visakhapatnam and post him as Professor of Forensic Medicine
at Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad in the existing vacancy, in relaxation of
ban orders on transfers issued in the G.O. second read above.
2. The individual is not entitled for Transfer Traveling Allowances (TTA) / DA,
Joining time etc., as the transfer is effected on his own request.
3. The Director of Medical Education, A.P., Hyderabad shall take action
accordingly.
4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (DCM.III) Department
vide their U.O.No.622 / 19 /A.1/ DCM.III/2012, Dt. 23.1.2012.
