ORDER:-
Whereas an inquiry under Rule 20 of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services
(Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1991 is being held against
Sri K.Narayana Rao, Tahsildar, Amangal (Mandal), Mahabubnagar District
(now retired).
2. And whereas, the Government consider that an Inquiry Authority
should be appointed to inquire into the charges framed against the said Sri
K.Narayana Rao, Tahsildar, Amangal (Mandal), Mahabubnagar District (now
retired).
3. Now, therefore, the disciplinary authority in exercise of the powers
conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 20 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services
(Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1991, hereby appoints District
Revenue Officer, Mahabubnagar District as the inquiry authority to inquire
into the charges framed against the said Sri K.Narayana Rao, Tahsildar,
Amangal (Mandal), Mahabubnagar District (now retired). Copies of the Article
of Charges and Written Statement of Defence filed are sent herewith.
