Read the following:- 1.Representation of Dr.Krupa Ushasri, CSS (OBG), Area Hospital, Bhadrachalam, dated 06-12-2011. 2.From the Commissioner, APVVP, Hyderabad, Lr.Rc.No.339/ M1A/2011, dated 09-01-2012. *** ORDER: In the reference 1st read above, Dr. Krupa Ushasri, CSS (OBG) has represented that her husband is suffering with Psycho Neurosis and getting treatment at Asha Hospital, Hyderabad and her Children are studying at Khammam and also stated that as Bhadrachalam is 120 KMs. away from the District Hqrs. It is becoming very difficult for her to attend regular treatment for her husband, and to look after her children’s education. She has requested to post her in any one of the existing vacancy of CSS at District Hospital, Khammam to enable to look after her husband in need of regular treatment and look after her children who are studying at Khammam. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Commissioner, APVVP has stated that (7) posts of Civil Surgeon Specialists (Anaesthesia, Dental, ENT, General Medicine, Psychiatry, Dermatology and Radiology) are vacant at District Hospital, Khammam. 3. After careful examination of the matter, Government hereby order to transfer Dr. Krupa Ushasri, CSS (OBG) from Area Hospital, Bhadrachalam, Khammam District to District Hospital, Khammam in one of the existing mis-match vacancies of CSS in relaxation of ban on transfer orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.127, Finance (DCM.III) Department, Dated:22-6-2011. 4. The individual is not entitled for Transfer Travelling Allowances (TTA) /DA, Joining time etc., as the transfer is affected on her own request. 5. The Commissioner, A.P. Vaidya Vidhana Parishad shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly. 6. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (DCM.III) Department vide their U.O.No.1916/80/A1/DCM.III/12, Dt:11-02-2012.
