REVENUE (ACTS & RULES) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No.362 Dated.09-03-2012 Read the following:- 1. From the Registrar A.P.L.G (P) Act, Hyderabad. Lr.No. 650/2010/Regr/ Estt/SC. Dated. 18-06-2011. 2. G.O.Rt.No.386 Finance (Expr.Revenue) Dept., dt.04.2.2012 ORDER:- In the reference 1st read above, the Registrar, Special Court, A.P. Land Grabbing (Prohibition) Act, Hyderabad has stated that they received G.O. Rt. No. 1619 Revenue (A&R) Department, dated. 23-11-2010 wherein the Government have accorded sanction to engage three (03) Drivers, on outsourcing basis by the special court under A.P.L.G (P) Act, 1982, Hyderabad for a period of one year on payment of remuneration at the rate of 4,500/-per month. 2. He also stated that the Special Court is unable to engage 3 Drivers on outsourcing for the period of one year sanctioned vide G.O.Rt.No.1619 Rev (A&R) Department Dt. 23-01-2011 as the budget available for the Financial Year 2010 -2011 under the relevant head of Account as on 23-11-2011 is not sufficient. 3. He has further stated that as per G.O.Ms.No.3 Finance (SMPC-II) Department, dated 21-01- 2011 the remuneration for outsourcing Drivers has been enhanced from Rs. 4,500/- to 8,000/-P.M. and that the Budget sanctioned to the Special Court for the Financial Year 2011 is not sufficient, and requested the Government to sanction an amount of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs only) as Additional Budget for engaging three Drivers on out sourcing basis for the Financial Year 2011 – 2012 under the Head of Account “ MH 2053 – District Administration -094 Other Establishments –SH (13) Special Court Under A.P.L.G (P) Act, 130/132 Other Office Expenses”. (PTO)//2// 4. In the reference 2rd read above Finance (Expenditure Revenue) Department has issued Budget Release Order for an Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs only) as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control orders, pending provision of funds by way of obtaining Supplementary Grants during 2011-2012, to the Registrar, Special Court, A.P. Land Grabbing(Prohibition) Act, Hyderabad for engaging three drivers on outsource basis and requested the Department to take a necessary action for issue of Administrative sanction. 5. Government after careful examination of the matter hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs 3,00,000/-(Rupees Three lakhs only) ie., to the Registrar, Special Court, A.P. Land Grabbing(Prohibition) Act, Hyderabad for engaging three drivers on outsource basis. 6. The amount sanctioned in para 6 above shall be debited to the following Head of Accounts as detailed below: 2053 - District Administration MH 094 Other Establishment SH (13) Special Courts for Land Grabbing Prohibition Act.1982 130/ 132 Other Office Expenses. 7. The Registrar, Special Court, under A.P. Land Grabbing(Prohibition) Act, Hyderabad is requested to send necessary Supplementary Estimates to the Finance (BG.V) Department for inclusion in SE.2011-12.
