Memo.No.25505/Vig.VI(1)/2011-4, dated 24/01/2012. 4)From the D.I.G.(R&S), Ranga Reddy, Lr.No.E/732/2011, dated 25/01/2012. 5)Govt.Memo.No.4889/Regn.I/A2/2012-1, dated 6.2.2012. 6)From the C&I.G.(R&S) Lr.No.E1/3185/2012,dt.4/2/2012 & 13/2/2012 -0o0- ORDER:- In the G.O.1st read above, orders were issued including the name of Sri I.Srinivas Reddy, Sub Registrar, Grade-I in the panel of Sub Registrars, Grade-I fit for promotion to the post of District Registrars (R&S) at Sl.No.9 and promotion was deferred on the ground that certain charges are pending against him. 2) In the reference 3rd read above, the Revenue (Vigilance-VI) Department while communicating the advice of APVC, have advised the Deputy Inspector General(R&S), Ranga Reddy to drop further action against Sri I.Srinivas Reddy, Sub Registrar, Grade-I under intimation to Government. The Deputy Inspector General(R&S), Ranga Reddy who is the disciplinary authority has issued the orders vide his proceedings No.E/723/2011, dt.25/1/2012 dropping the further action against Sri I.Srinivas Reddy the then Sub Registrar, Malkajgiri. 3) In the reference 6th read above, the Commissioner and Inspector General(R&S) has recommended for posting of Sri I.Srinivas Reddy, Sub Registrar, Grade-I, as District Registrar(R&S). 4) Government after examination of the matter have decided to consider the request of Sri I.Srinivas Reddy, Sub Registrar, Grade-I, and promote him as District Registrar(R&S). 5) The following notification will be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette. N O T I F I C A T I O N Under Rule 10(a) of Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, Sri I.Srinivas Reddy, Joint Sub-Registrar-I, Ranga Reddy, who is already included at Sl.No.9 in the panel of Sub Registrar, Grade-I for the panel year 2011-12 issued in G.O.Ms.No.37, Revenue (Registration-i) Department, dated 13/01/2012 is hereby promoted to the post of District Registrar in Andhra Pradesh Registration Service and posted as District Registrar(R&S), Tenali on purely temporary basis. 6) The appointment by promotion ordered above is subject to the following conditions; i) the appointment is purely temporary and does not confer any right of any kind on the individual who is liable to be reverted at any time without prior notice and without assigning any reasons thereof; …..2::02:: ii) the appointment is subject to the review and reconsideration and approval of regular panels of Sub- Registrars in consultation with the A.P. Public Service Commission as required under the rules regarding the suitability for inclusion in the panel according to rules and also subject to orders in the OAs/W.Ps. pending, if any before the A.P. Administrative Tribunal/High Court of Andhra Pradesh in general. iii) the appointment is subject to revision of seniority of the officer; if necessitated. iv) the appointment is also subject to joining of the officer, in the promoted post within the stipulated time of 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of the order of appointment and promotion as specified in rule 11 (b) of A.P. State and Sub ordinate Service Rules, 1996, failing which he would forfeit the right of promotion to the cadre of District Registrar of Registration and Stamps. 7) The Commissioner and Inspector General of Registration and Stamps, A.P., Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly and inform the date of joining of the officer to Government.
